Established 1984
The Affective Group is the business name of Affective Services Australia Pty Ltd, a civil contracting company strong in resources, equipment, experience and people. Established in 1984 by the Stewart family, reputable success over the decades has enabled the company to become a market leader in demolition, asbestos removal, civil contracting, site decontamination and remediation, recycling, plant hire, bulk haulage, traffic control, PFAS remediation, industry dust control and rail infrastructure maintenance.

Using the latest and most well maintained equipment thanks to our team of highly experienced workshop mechanics, backed by over 100 skilled and motivated operational staff, The Affective Group is capable of successfully executing works from $50k - $10m.
We enjoy a loyal long-standing relationship with many clients who also share our passion and vision for the civil industry and its fundamental role in our societies people and future.
