As part of the Kiama Hospital redevelopment into the Kiama Aged Care Centre Of Excellence (KACCOE) facility, Affective undertook the task to demolish the original Kiama Hospital Building and conduct site remediation. Excavation, removal, loading, cartage and disposal of 5,000 tonnes of Asbestos Contaminated Soils, and Restricted Solid Waste was executed. Bulk excavation including granite rock was also conducted. Stage 2 roadworks, kurb, gutter, drainage and street re-alignment were also completed by The Affective Group.
